In my opinion, both are excellent headphones and are certainly in the upper tiers of the league. Obviously, both differ in sound signatures and one does some genres better than the other. As songmic has mentioned above, for absolute enjoyment of music, especially music that is part of the EDM/rock/trance/house genres, the TH-900 is really more enjoyable. However, at the same time I still love listening to these genres with the SR-009s. The bass is definitely the primary difference here but the SR-009 is in no way thin or lacking, but the emphasis on the bass from the TH-900 makes you tap your leg to any groove the music calls for. The SR-009 on the other hand has a really neutral approach to bass and in relation to the whole spectrum (also the mids are more prominent when compared to the TH-900). You can analyze but also enjoy the music at the same time and as such the impact is lowered when compared to the TH-900. Another thing I'd like to say is that the aforementioned genres have usually worse than acceptable mastering (over-compression) going on and thus the SR-009 will be at a disadvantage because of its technical capabilities. Now the genres I absolutely love with the SR-009s are acoustic guitar/piano with vocals, smooth jazz and anything with wooden instruments in it (classical and modern). The TH-900 cannot come close to it and I keep picking the SR-009 because it quite literally is an "eargasm" every time I put them on. The imaging is superior and subtleties of these genres shines through and through with the SR-009s. The detail retrieval is also amazing but the TH-900 is no slouch in this department however the SR-009 is just simply better at it. The music sounds more natural and reproduction is simply stunning. The TH-900 is at 2nd place here because of the mid-range recession and it doesn't have some of the air that is required for these genres, probably because it's a closed-back headphone. In conclusion, I use both headphones all the time but it is very dependent on my mood and the genres that will be selected. There is a chasm of price difference between the TH-900 and SR-009 but that definitely doesn't mean they cannot compete with each other. Then I heard the TH900, and I knew that I would have to own one of them and keep it forever. In the end, the TH900 won over me because of its comfort and isolation (at least compared to the LCD-3), not to mention the sound. Now, I can tap my fingers and shake my head while listening to my TH900 driven by the best desktop headphone amps you could think of. Again this is only me, but I prefer the sound of my headphone rig to a full-fledged loudspeaker system that would cost 10 times more. I know many people will disagree with me. Maybe my ears and musical tastes are immature that I cannot truly appreciate the sound of SR-009 and HD800. But for now, no headphone gives me more enjoyment than the TH900. Для HE-500 балансный FHA 1.3 ни к чему, прибавки в качестве звука от мощности усилителя у этих наушников почти нет. Вот если бы HE-6, то FHA 1.3 был бы обязателен.

Мои эксперименты с DSP-1 в DAC-19 показали, что самый интересный звук с настройками по дефолту. Т.е. максимальный оверсемплинг, насчёт других параметров не помню. При меньшем оверсемплинге звук проще, объёма меньше, детализация падает, зато немножко повышается плотность звука, он становится чуточку темнее.

Значит видеоряд по вкусу пришёлся. А порой музыка больше нравится, чем видеоряд.

Это всё равно что рассуждать что лучше - книга или фильм. Когда слушаешь музыку, работает воображение, и никакое видео не нужно

Примерно одинаково неширокая из-за закрытой конструкции, но в DT250 всё ж получше.

Из закрытых DT250 на 250 Ом или Roland RH-300. Из открытых, как советовали выше, Sennheiser HD 650 и Sony MDR-MA900 хорошие варианты из неярких и с приличным басом. HD600 яркости не любят, да и звук у них слишком легковесный, для более спокойной музыки. Их бы не советовал. Кстати, вот схожая тема viewtopic.php?p=464223#p464223

Спасибо за помощь! Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Pro хороший вариант. Думаю проще купить её, чем ждать доставки Audiotrak с и-бэй, вряд ли между устройствами есть большие отличия.

Подскажите, существует ли какое-нибудь недорогое устройство для вывода 5.1 звука, которое можно подключить к ноутбуку? Раньше использовалась звуковая карта, но теперь вместо компьютера ноутбук, и как приладить 5.1 систему (грубо говоря 5 активных колонок с проводами 3,5 джеками на концах) непонятно.

От этой 1212m нужна только цифровая плата 1010. Если найдёте её отдельно и дешевле - лучше её и брать. Вариант хороший, и для такого комбайна более чем достаточный. Я её использовал с верхним цапом Audio-gd и был очень доволен. Но возможно встроенного асинхронного USB в новых изделиях Audio-gd вам хватит, и никаких карт и проводов лишних не надо. Так что сначала лучше USB попробовать, а уж потом думать стоит ли пробовать какой-то другой источник цифры... Как сказал ранее clubnewmen, лучше вложить лишние деньги в ЦАП/усилитель/наушники, это намного существеннее отразится на качестве звука, чем что-то более дорогое среди источников цифры.

Zontik Попробуй. Звук у них недешёвый, весьма приличный, детальный и достоверный на середине, с приличной проработкой баса, и без дикого пика на ВЧ, как у многих баеров, что удивительно. Достаточно удачная реализация теслы. После прослушивания у меня только пара вопросов к этим наушникам осталась - это немного своеобразная подача баса и аналитичность звука в целом, им хороший источник прописан, чтоб поживее звук был. 4eYtnXOFAkQ Aahpv0_DDFE

Если USB не хуже, чем простая оптика от ноута - это уже хороший результат. Но если хотите максимум по оптическому подключению узнать, нужно пробовать хорошую стеклянную оптику (например, audioquest optilink-5) и звуковую карту с нормальной цифрой (подешевле EMU 1010, подороже RME 9632, AIO). Сколько я ни сравнивал, оптика звучала всегда чуть чище и точнее, чем коаксиалы или простые USB (не асинхронные). Возможно данная реализация асинхронного USB от Audio-gd подобралась вплотную к качеству оптического подключения

А если правой кнопкой на любом прямоугольнике под "ASIO" нажать и там выбрать SEND -> WAVE 1/2 (или что-нибудь другое попробовать)? Ещё в настройках (кружочек справа сверху) должен стоять выбор Optical Output на S/PDIF:

Послушал сегодня DT 1350 в магазине. Очень понравились. И на iPAD и на стационаре (Burson 160 + SPL 2Control). Звук весьма сбалансированный, низкие частоты приличные, но не налезают на серединку. А серединка очень естественная и информативная. Лучше этих наушников на сегодняшней прослушке лишь HE-500 показали себя с серебряным кабелем, а Shure 1440, Sennheiser HD700 и Sony Z1000 понравились меньше практически во всём. Sennheiser HD600 ещё послушал, всё-таки добротные наушники для спокойной музыки, но технически устаревшие - нет в них той скорости, артикуляции и отдачи на басах, а также детальности, как на портативных DT 1350. Может этим DT 1350 нужен прогрев, и в ДХ как раз был прогретый экземпляр... Появилось желание их себе прикупить, очень уж приятный внешний вид, и сочетание компактности и качества звука.

Ближе к 70-75 тысячам, наверно. А на hi-fi.ru цена примерно такая же, как на новые с доставкой.
