    Рекомендую DAC Pegasus HP http://forum.hifionpc.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4 За свои деньги думаю лучший вариант звука (только если с компа. Иначе иных входо чем USB нет ). проблем с доставкой в Россию думаю не будет. (почтой думаю в раёне 10 - 15$) одно плохо не каждому удастся послушать перед покупкой. Наушники уже посоветовали недорогие под клубняк. могу добавить разве что Denon DN-HP1000 довольно басовитые. весь бютжет в пределах 12 тыс.р
